The Migrant Farm Worker Division of Colorado Legal Services provides free legal representation, advocacy, and education to farm workers throughout Colorado. We focus our work primarily on four rural regions in Colorado. Read more about the plight many farm workers face.

Civil Rights

Fighting discrimination based upon race, national origin, citizenship and sex (including sexual harassment).

Immigration

Representation for human trafficking victims, victims of other crimes including domestic violence, farm workers seeking naturalization and and other limited immigration cases.

Working and Living Conditions

Combating pesticides exposure, fighting for adequate housing and sustenance, ensuring adequate field sanitation, and representation related to on the job injuries. Read more.
